Ms Nicole Hollows
Independent Non-Executive Chairman
Ms Hollows has over 20 years’ experience in the resources sector in a number of senior managerial roles across both the public and private sectors, including in mining, utilities and rail. Her experience spans mine evaluation and development, operational management, accounting and finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital management and corporate governance.
Ms Hollows is currently an independent non- executive Chairman of the company and also an independent non-executive director of Downer EDI Limited, She is the Chair of The Salvation Army Brisbane Red Shield Appeal Committee and an advisory committee member of the Salvation Army Queensland Advisory Council and a member of the CEO Advisory Committee for Dean of Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Business School and Chief Executive Women Membership Committee.
She was formerly the Chief Financial Officer and subsequently Chief Executive Officer of Macarthur Coal Limited, Managing Director of AMCI Australia and South East Asia and more recently Chief Executive Officer of Sunwater Limited.
A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of Chief Executive Women and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ms Hollows holds a Bachelor of Business – Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting (Distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology and is a Graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Management Development.
Ms Hollows lives in Brisbane.
Mr Steve van Barneveld
Mr van Barneveld has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, a significant portion of which was spent with Sedgman Limited, a leading International designer and builder of coal handling and processing plants.
Steve was the Chief Operating Officer with Sedgman during their IPO on the ASX, and he oversaw a period of significant growth and international expansion.
Based in Brisbane, Steve’s primary focus is investor relations, particularly in Australia and Asia.
Mr Joel Nicholls
Mr. Nicholls has over 9 years of technical and financial experience in the resources industry running a private resource investment fund, dealing with early stage exploration through to production in a wide range of commodities. He is skilled in project identification, and technical and economic evaluation.
Mr Joel Nicholls is currently Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Nicholls holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration Geoscience from Curtin University. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) having previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Transaction Services. Mr. Nicholls’ skill set, industry experience and contacts, and enthusiasm will be instrumental in helping chart the future course for Jameson.
Ms Pennee Osmond
Ms Pennee Osmond is a CPA and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia with over 15 years of international financial and corporate governance experience specialising in mining and exploration. Ms Osmond's skills include involvement in RTOs, IPOs, capital raisings, project acquisitions and statutory reporting.
Ms Osmond was raised in British Columbia, not far from the Crown Mountain project, and worked with Canadian junior explorers prior to her relocation to Perth.
