Mr Art Palm

Acting Chairman, CEO and Executive Director - Operations

Mr. Art Palm is a professional mining engineer with over 40 years of experience including management positions in the coal mining industry. Mr. Palm’s US-based experience includes designing and managing mines (surface and underground) and coal preparation plants.

Mr Palm has been instrumental in bringing new technology into commercial use to facilitate safer and more productive operations. Mr. Palm’s current focus is to advance the exploration and development status of the Company’s Crown Mountain Project in Canada.

Mr Steve van Barneveld

Non-Executive Director

Mr van Barneveld has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, a significant portion of which was spent with Sedgman Limited, a leading International designer and builder of coal handling and processing plants.

Steve was the Chief Operating Officer with Sedgman during their IPO on the ASX, and he oversaw a period of significant growth and international expansion.

Based in Brisbane, Steve’s primary focus is investor relations, particularly in Australia and Asia.

Mr Joel Nicholls

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Nicholls has over 9 years of technical and financial experience in the resources industry running a private resource investment fund, dealing with early stage exploration through to production in a wide range of commodities. He is skilled in project identification, and technical and economic evaluation.

Mr Joel Nicholls is currently a Non Executive Director of the Company.  Mr. Nicholls holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration Geoscience from Curtin University. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) having previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Transaction Services. Mr. Nicholls’ skill set, industry experience and contacts, and enthusiasm will be instrumental in helping chart the future course for Jameson.

Ms Pennee Osmond

Company Secretary

Ms Pennee Osmond is a CPA and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia with over 15 years of international financial and corporate governance experience specialising in mining and exploration.  Ms Osmond's skills include involvement in RTOs, IPOs, capital raisings, project acquisitions and statutory reporting.

Ms Osmond was raised in British Columbia, not far from the Crown Mountain project, and worked with Canadian junior explorers prior to her relocation to Perth.
